Here at Shockmedia Productions UK we aim to provide a quality of service which is second to none. We are open and completely transparent when it comes to costing's and production fees and we explain all actions fully within our proposals and invoices. However there are questions which you the client may raise which we have not fully stated. If this is the case we will aim to answer all questions promptly without delay. Are you fully insured?

As a film and video production company we are fully insured by Towergate Entertainment Media Insurers. We have a 10,000,000 full public liability insurance in place.

 

Do we sign a contract?

Yes there are contracts to be signed but before anyone signs on the dotted line SMP informs the prospective client of all production schedules, quotes and risks (if applicable). Only when the client is happy to move forwards with the production do we then ask for the production contract to be signed and a booking fee paid. Only when both the booking fee and the signed contract is returned to Shockmedia Productions UK can productions be guaranteed.

 

Can we cancel our contract

Yes it is possible to cancel your contract with Shockmedia Productions UK providing it is done in writing and sent recorded delivey and received within seven days of the contract siging date. There may be cancellation fees incurred and will be charged accordingly.

 

How much control do we have?

As the client you have total control over how the production moves and takes shape. We urge our clients to ensure that a representative is present at all stages of the process including post production so that there are no devaitions form the script of shot list. The end product will only be complete when the client signs the acceptance paperwork.
